Together with three other NAW students, I ran a Creative Writing session with secondary school pupils on the Gifted and Talented scheme. This was part of a four-day series of events to encourage and develop young people’s writing.

ETAS SIG Day conference, Basel, Switzerland, September 2009

ETASI gave an online presentation, via Skype video link, to English Language teachers about the use of literature in the exam classroom: ‘From Reading to Writing: the case for (and against?) the set text option in the Cambridge exams.’ The event was written up on the ETAS blog.
